  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 50 grams Pumpkin
  • 1 bit Celery
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 grams Spinach
  • 1 units Tomato
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 25 grams Bacon
  • 1/4 tsp Dried tarragon
  • 190 grams White beans (canned)
  • 7.5 grams Pasta (noodles)
  • 10 grams Parsley

    Peel the carrot, the rods of celery and the piece of pumpkin. Short everything in cubes, also onion and chop well fine garlic. Chop on pieces the bacon and cut the tomatoes in half.

    Take the white beans on a colander and cure them well, getting rid of the juice. Leave everything at hand.

    Then add the carrot, pumpkin and celery. Also take the tarragon, it incorporates well and sautés for 2 more mins.

    Take tomato halves and then boiling water. It incorporates well, lower the fire to a minimum and lets cook with the pot covered by 30 mins.

    Time fulfilled, using pincers grabk the tomatoes through wrinkled skin and lift them a little, so it is detached. SALAS one by one and get rid of them

    Break the tomatoes by pressing them with the stick spoon. Add spinach leaves and white beans

    Cut the noodles in 4 equal parts and go inside the pot. Climb the fire in half, stir well and let cook by 8 mins more. Before serving, correct season. Serve and distribute on each bowl a bit of chopped parsley
