- 350 grams Cerdo (costillar)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 bit White wine tetra
- 1 bit Soy sauce
- 1 units Orange
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1.5 units Scallion
- 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
- 2.5 units Potato
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp Chilean pepper paste
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1In a bowl put the tomato sauce, chopped chives and mix.
- 2Add the thyme, orange juice, soy sauce and white wine. azonar with salt and pepper. Add oil stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Reserve.

- 5For the puree: Wash and peel the potatoes. Put in a pot to cook the potatoes in boiling salted water (20 to 30 mins). When these already are cooked (soft), estilar and grinding to form a puree. Add butter and stir until smooth. Incorporating milk to achieve the desired consistency.
- 6Serve the strip roast with mashed.
