  • 350 grams Cerdo (costillar)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 bit White wine tetra
  • 1 bit Soy sauce
  • 1 units Orange
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1.5 units Scallion
  • 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
  • 2.5 units Potato
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp Chilean pepper paste
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    In a bowl put the tomato sauce, chopped chives and mix.

    Add the thyme, orange juice, soy sauce and white wine. azonar with salt and pepper. Add oil stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Reserve.

    For the puree: Wash and peel the potatoes. Put in a pot to cook the potatoes in boiling salted water (20 to 30 mins). When these already are cooked (soft), estilar and grinding to form a puree. Add butter and stir until smooth. Incorporating milk to achieve the desired consistency.

    Serve the strip roast with mashed.
