  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tbsp Flour (no powder)
  • 1/4 tsp Sal gruesa rosada del himalaya
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cups Milk cream

    Cut the cob beans with a small kitchen knife.

    Using the back of the knife, scrape the cob to expel the milky liquid.

    Mix the flour, salt and pepper.

    Mix with corn. Add the milk and cream. Mix.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, heat half the butter.

    Add the corn mixture and lower the fire into medium-low, stirring until it is creamy, approximately 20-30 minutes.

    Spray honey over the mixture while cooking, comfortable.
  8. 8
    Add the rest of the butter just before serving.
