- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 cups Arborio rice
- 1/4 cups White wine tetra
- 1 cups Broth (vegetable)
- 3/4 cups Tomato juice
- 1/2 cups Milk cream
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 150 grams Basil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1In a pot Add oil and chopped onion (medium fire)
- 2Add rice and stir a few seconds
- 3Add the white wine, let reduce and add the broth of vegetables together on your tomato juice
- 4It lets it cook for approximately 15 to 18 minutes
- 5Add the cream, tomatoes and basil, mixing well.Serve and enjoy
