  • 1 units Egg
  • 1/4 cups Wholemeal
  • 1/4 cups Skim milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free jam
  • 1/2 tbsp Powdered sugar

    Put the milk with / egg (s) in a blender.

    Then empty the obtained mixture into a bowl, add flour, 2/3 oil and mix well.

    Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan (hopefully teflon) and covered with the mixture throughout the surface, brown on both sides, remove and allow to cool.

    When you finish filling the mixture light pancakes with jam.
  5. 5
    Finally sprinkle with icing sugar.
