- 1 units Egg
- 1/4 cups Wholemeal
- 1/4 cups Skim milk
- 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free jam
- 1/2 tbsp Powdered sugar
Instrucciones
5 pasos
- 1Put the milk with / egg (s) in a blender.
- 2Then empty the obtained mixture into a bowl, add flour, 2/3 oil and mix well.
- 3Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan (hopefully teflon) and covered with the mixture throughout the surface, brown on both sides, remove and allow to cool.
- 4When you finish filling the mixture light pancakes with jam.
- 5Finally sprinkle with icing sugar.
