- 2 units Chicken (Thigh)
- 1/2 tsp Peppers
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 units Leeks
- 1/8 units Green pepper
- 1/8 units Red pepper
- 2 units Potato
- 200 grams Pumpkin
- 2 units Piece corn
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/4 cups Rice
- 1/4 cups Jewish
- 5 grams Parsley
Instrucciones

- 1In a saucepan heat the oil over medium heat. You add the onion cut into cubes and cook 5-6 mins without browning
- 2Add chicken and cook 6-8 mins or until golden brown on all sides. Season with paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper. Stir to mix
- 3Add the leeks (cut into quarters, white part only), green and red pepper, diced potatoes, pumpkin, corn, peeled carrot cut into slices and rice, stir. Add 1.5 cups of water for each piece of chicken. Bring the mixture to high heat, reduce heat and cook covered semi 25-30 mins or until chicken and cooked vegetables are.
- 4If it is dry, add more water or vegetable broth. At the last moment add the beans and cook 5 minutes
- 5Correct the seasoning by adding more salt and pepper if necessary. Serve hot sprinkled with parsley
