- 1/8 units Red pepper
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1 bit White wine tetra
- 3 units Bread
- 1.25 tbsp Flour (no powder)
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1.25 cups Skim milk
- 1 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
Instrucciones

- 1Cook the artichokes and remove the filling.
- 2Wash and cut onion, red pepper and garlic in cubes.Sauté.
- 3In a bowl, place the mold bread, cover with 1/5 of the milk and soak 5 MINS.Place the mixture in the blender and process until a homogeneous mixture.
- 4To prepare the white sauce, heat the remaining milk in a pot, with the flour and butter.Stir until a lump mixture.

- 6Add the white sauce.Cook stirring frequently
- 7Pour into a source of Greda and sprinkle with grated cheese.Enter the oven at medium temperature, until it is golden and serve
