  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1.25 cups Skim milk
  • 1 tbsp Queso parm gratedo

    Cook the artichokes and remove the filling.

    Wash and cut onion, red pepper and garlic in cubes.Sauté.

  • Muy buena receta, la puedes mejorar agregando espinacas y pechuga de pollo a la plancha y triturada, realmente delicioso.
