- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 units Lemon
- 1/2 tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Dill
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 units Salmon fish)
- 1/2 units Foil
- 2.5 units Potato
- 25 grams Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Scallion
Instrucciones

- 1For potatoes: in a pot with enough water, cook the potatoes until they can be punctured with a knife but they are not ready. Strain
- 2In a pan, melt butter and add potatoes. Crush them a little with the reverse of the wooden spoon to break them slightly and brown into the butter to form a crispy layer. Turn them around and add half of small chopped garlic with chopped onion. Mix and brown 7 mins. Salpimentar and reserve
- 3While the potatoes are cooked, in a bowl, mix the oil, salt, lemon groove, parsley, dill, the other half of the garlic and pepper. Stir to integrate all the ingredients. Then cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and over put the pieces of salmon
- 4Heat the oven at 180ºC
- 5Completely cover the upper part of the salmon with the mixture. Let Marinate a few minutes
- 6Bring the baked salmon 10-12 mins or until it is completely cooked and can be shredded with a fork
- 7Serve accompanied by broken potatoes.
