  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 units Lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Dill
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 units Salmon fish)
  • 1/2 units Foil
  • 2.5 units Potato
  • 25 grams Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Scallion

    For potatoes: in a pot with enough water, cook the potatoes until they can be punctured with a knife but they are not ready. Strain

    In a pan, melt butter and add potatoes. Crush them a little with the reverse of the wooden spoon to break them slightly and brown into the butter to form a crispy layer. Turn them around and add half of small chopped garlic with chopped onion. Mix and brown 7 mins. Salpimentar and reserve

    While the potatoes are cooked, in a bowl, mix the oil, salt, lemon groove, parsley, dill, the other half of the garlic and pepper. Stir to integrate all the ingredients. Then cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and over put the pieces of salmon

    Heat the oven at 180ºC

    Completely cover the upper part of the salmon with the mixture. Let Marinate a few minutes

    Bring the baked salmon 10-12 mins or until it is completely cooked and can be shredded with a fork
  7. 7
    Serve accompanied by broken potatoes.
