- 184 grams Canned horse mackerel
- 2 units Egg
- 1/2 units Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 units Tomato
- 1/2 cups Frozen corn desg
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
Instrucciones
7 pasos
- 1Chopping fine parsley.Drain and crumble the jorel.
- 2Beat the eggs until you leave them sparkling.Add the parsley, pepper, salt, baking powder and jurel.
- 3In a skillet heating the oil, empty the mixture into the pan, and cook for 5 minutes approx.or until it is detached alone.Cover the pan with a plate and carefully turn the pan to dump the preparation on the plate, and immediately pass back to the pan, leaving it on the other side for 3 minutes approx.until consistent.
- 4Prepare the corn according to the container instructions.
- 5Wash, peel and chop the tomato in cubes.
- 6Set up corn and tomato with mayonnaise, olive oil and salt at ease.
- 7To serve.
