- 125 grams Pumpkin
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/4 cups Jewish
- 1/4 cups Green peas
- 1/2 cups Frozen corn desg
- 1/2 tsp Peppers
- 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tsp Parsley
- 2 units Egg
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare the ingredients: potatoes and pumpkin cut into small cubes; chopping garlic, parsley and onion finely; beans cut into pieces.
- 2In a large skillet with half of the oil, fry garlic and onion. Add paprika and season with salt and pepper.
- 3Then add the potatoes, squash, beans, peas and corn, mix well and cover with water until half of vegetables.
- 4Add salt and cook until the water evaporates. Finally, add sugar, stir and mash pumpkin and potatoes (leaving some pieces). Sprinkle with parsley and serve with fried egg. In a pan heat half of the oil and carefully add egg, taking care not to break the yolk. It will be ready when all looks clear white.
