- 1 units Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Merkén
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 units Natural yogurt
- 1/4 cups Coriander
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Squeeze lemons;Clean with a paper and cut the mushrooms into slices;Wash and chop the thin cilantro.
- 2For the sauce: liquefy the yogurt, L cilantro and half of the amount of olive oil, flavor with half the salt and pepper and reserve.
- 3In a bowl, mix mushrooms, lemons juice and merkén, flavor with the rest of salt and pepper.Let stand for 10 mins.
- 4Add watch to taste.
