Mushroom cake

Cut mushrooms into sheets.

In a pot, add 1/4 of the amount of butter.Over heat high sauté the mushrooms and chives, add the cream, breadcrumbs and half of Parmesan cheese.Incorporate until forming a pasty mixture, seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg

Enmantequillar individual oven molds and fill with mushroom paste, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes over high heat.
