- 125 grams Frozen sofrito
- 250 grams Lentil (canned)
- 75 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 1/4 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 units Lemon

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Place lentils on a low water jet strainer, rinse and styling.
- 2Heat a frying pan with a pinch of oil and cook the Sofrito 5 mins.Remove and expect it to cool
- 3Mix the lentils with half of the whole eggs, and the other half only yolks;and the sofrito, stir up to incorporate
- 4Take the mixture to an oiled skillet, for 6 mins per side.A big hamburger will be left.Cut in pieces
- 5Serve accompanied salads aligned to taste.
