- 67 grams Frozen corn desg
- 100 grams Canned tuna
- 60 grams Carrot
- 100 grams Lettuce
- 17 grams Olive oil
- 6.67 grams Mint
- 6.67 grams Parsley
- 83 grams Tomato
- 10 grams White vinegar
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 2/3 tbsp Mustard
Instrucciones
6 pasos
- 1Put lentils and corn (both already cooked) in large bowl, add tuna
- 2Place the glass pieces carrots and grate 4 sec / vel 5. Place in bowl with lentils and book
- 3Put in the glass lettuce leaves, 1000 g of water and Chop 4 sec / vel 4. Strain lettuce using the basket and let drain well. Put in salad bowl and reserve
