  • 100 grams Canned tuna
  • 60 grams Carrot
  • 100 grams Lettuce
  • 17 grams Olive oil
  • 6.67 grams Mint
  • 6.67 grams Parsley
  • 83 grams Tomato
  • 10 grams White vinegar
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 tbsp Mustard

    Put lentils and corn (both already cooked) in large bowl, add tuna
