- 350 grams Ñoqui
- 1/2 cups Skim milk
- 1/4 cups Blue cheese
- 50 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 cups Flaked almonds
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare the gnocchi, put in a pot over medium heat with plenty of boiling water to cook the gnocchi, once they are floating the water
- 2For the sauce: in a slow pot, add milk and cheeses, and stir until they melt, without boiling
- 3Season with salt and pepper to taste and get out of the fire
- 4Put the gnocchi on a fountain, sprinkle with the almonds and add the cheese cream.Link everything gently and serve
