  • 1/2 cups Skim milk
  • 1/4 cups Blue cheese
  • 50 grams Queso parm gratedo
  • 1/4 cups Flaked almonds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    To prepare the gnocchi, put in a pot over medium heat with plenty of boiling water to cook the gnocchi, once they are floating the water

    For the sauce: in a slow pot, add milk and cheeses, and stir until they melt, without boiling

    Season with salt and pepper to taste and get out of the fire

    Put the gnocchi on a fountain, sprinkle with the almonds and add the cheese cream.Link everything gently and serve
