- 170 grams Canned tuna
- 2 units Egg
- 1/2 units Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 175 grams Duchesses potatoes
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare the duchese potatoes according to the container instructions.
- 2Chopping fine parsley.Drain and crumble tuna.
- 3Beat the eggs until you leave them sparkling.Add the parsley, pepper, salt, baking powder and tuna.
- 4In a skillet heating the oil, empty the mixture into the pan, and cook for 5 minutes approx.or until it is detached alone.Cover the pan with a plate and carefully turn the pan to dump the preparation on the plate, and immediately pass back to the pan, leaving it on the other side for 3 minutes approx.until consistent.
- 5Serve accompanied by duchese potatoes.
