- 1.75 grams Unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cups Milk cream
- 125 grams Dulce de leche
- 1 units Egg
- 3/4 tsp Butter

- 1In a small container dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water (for every 7 gr) and reserve.
- 2Separate the whites from the yolks.In this preparation only the whites will be used, keep the yolks for another preparation.In a bowl beaten the clear ones about snow and reserve.
- 3In another container beat the cream until you double your volume and add the milk candy with enveloping movements, immediately add the yolks and then the whites freshly beaten.
- 4Heat the gelatin to dilute it in the microwave by 15 secs and add while stirring to the mixture of milk sweet.
- 5Pour the mixture into a mold and carry the fridge until weird.
