  • 1.75 grams Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cups Milk cream
  • 125 grams Dulce de leche
  • 1 units Egg
  • 3/4 tsp Butter

    In a small container dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water (for every 7 gr) and reserve.

    Separate the whites from the yolks.In this preparation only the whites will be used, keep the yolks for another preparation.In a bowl beaten the clear ones about snow and reserve.

    In another container beat the cream until you double your volume and add the milk candy with enveloping movements, immediately add the yolks and then the whites freshly beaten.

    Heat the gelatin to dilute it in the microwave by 15 secs and add while stirring to the mixture of milk sweet.

    Pour the mixture into a mold and carry the fridge until weird.
