- 150 grams Flour (no powder)
- 2.5 grams Yeast
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 100 grams Tomato sauce
- 50 grams Gouda cheese
- 50 grams Ham (leg)

- 1In a bowl we put all the ingredients of the mass: flour, (150 ml of water for every 4 people), yeast, oil and salt and mix well with a spoon
- 2Then knead (stretch the dough and pick up with the palm of the hand until you get a dough that does not stick to your hands or the table, it is a fine and elastic mass) let ferment the covered mass so that it rises to double volume
- 3Take the dough and knead slightly so that it returns to its initial volume. Divide forming balls with your hands (to make small pizzas). And extend with a roller. We extend the dough a little towards the edges so that it is a little thicker and so the ingredients are not spilled.
- 4Preheat the oven at a minimum of 230 ºC
- 5While the oven is heated, add the tomato sauce, the cheese (previously grated) and the ham cut on strips. Put the pizzas baked. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until slightly brown
- 6Serve 2 per person.
