Vegetables with carrot hummus
Ingredients
- 190 grams Chickpeas (canned)
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/2 teaspoons Tahini
- 1 you tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 units Lemon
- 1/4 teaspoons Sal
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Sesame
- 1 units Pepino
- 1/2 units Zucchini
- 1/8 units Cauliflower
- 1/2 cups Cherry tomatoes
Preparation
- 1Chop cucumber and zucchini in canes; Cut the cauliflower in trees, wash the cherry tomatoes.
- 2Wash and drain the Wasil® chickpeas to remove the sodium.
- 3Cook the carrot in water until soft.
- 4Meter all the ingredients (less the paprika powdered and sesame) in the processor at maximum speed until a paste is.
- 5Serve and decorate with paprika powder and sesame.
- 6If there is very thick pasta you can add a little water until you achieve desired consistency. Unta the vegetables and enjoy!
