- 190 grams White beans (canned)
- 190 grams Red beans (canned)
- 1/2 units Purple Onion
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1/2 cups Pan gratedo
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Sal
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Full salad dressing

- 2Prepare your ingredients: drain and wash the White Jews Wasil®; chop the onion and paprika in cubes; grate the carrot; Chop the garlic; wash, peel and cut into slices tomato, wash the lettuce; Morate the avocado.
- 3Heat a frying pan, add a splash of olive oil and make a stirring with onion, garlic, paprika and carrot, until golden and transparent onion.
