- 1.25 cups Watermelon
- 20 grams Granulated sugar
- 20 grams Cornstarch
- 15 grams Chocolate chips

- 1Gather all the ingredients to make watermelon frozen pallets.
- 2Place a cup of water (for every 4 pallets) in a pot along with the cornstarch. Remove with a wooden spoon until it dissolves and cooked over low heat for 10 minutes until it thickens. Mix constantly so that it does not burn. Let cool in a small container.
- 3Cut the watermelon into small pieces and retrierales the nuggets.
- 4Put the watermelon in the glass of the blender along with the cornstarch and water (150 ml of water for every 2 pallets).
- 5Lie for a few seconds until all the ingredients have been unified. Subsequently, it incorporates sugar and removing again.
- 6Pour the preparation in the pallet molds and add some chocolate sparks on each of them to simulate the nuggets.
- 7It carries the icy pallets of watermelon in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- 8Remove and add wooden sticks in the center and take the freezer again until they are firm.
