- 1 cups Coconut milk
- 2 tsp Instant coffee
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Unflavored gelatin

- 1Gather all the ingredients to make icy coffee palettes.
- 2Add coconut milk, coffee and honey in a pot. Heat the ingredients over high heat while remove with a wooden spoon until honey dissolves.
- 3It separates the pot from the fire and let the coffee is infused with coconut milk for about 15 minutes.
- 4In a small container mixes gelatin with water (1 cda of water per 1/2 cdta of gelatin). Let stand for 10 minutes to be hydrated.
- 5Add more honey to taste. Keep in mind that the frozen coffee pallets will have a less sweet taste when frozen.
- 6While the milk is still hot, add the hydrated gelatin and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- 7Pour the mixture into pallet molds and add the wooden sticks. Take the freezer for at least five hours to harden completely.
