  • 2.5 tsp Sour cream
  • 190 grams Black beans (canned)
  • 1/2 units Tomato
  • 1/2 units Avocado
  • 50 grams Alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 units Corn tortilla

    Prepare your ingredients: Wash outbreaks, wash and cut tomato into cubes, grind the avocado. Reserve

    In a processor grind the WASIL® chickpeas and then add the acidic cream. Salign with salt and pepper.

    To put together the burrito, place the dough for a burrito, and in the center fill with the chickbank sauce. Add over chopped tomatoes, ground avocado, sprouts of vegetables and black beans.

    Close carefully and brown in a pan with a little vegetable oil for approx 2 minutes per side
