- 190 grams Chickpeas (canned)
- 2.5 tsp Sour cream
- 190 grams Black beans (canned)
- 1/2 units Tomato
- 1/2 units Avocado
- 50 grams Alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 2 units Corn tortilla

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Wash outbreaks, wash and cut tomato into cubes, grind the avocado. Reserve
- 2In a processor grind the WASIL® chickpeas and then add the acidic cream. Salign with salt and pepper.
- 3To put together the burrito, place the dough for a burrito, and in the center fill with the chickbank sauce. Add over chopped tomatoes, ground avocado, sprouts of vegetables and black beans.
- 4Close carefully and brown in a pan with a little vegetable oil for approx 2 minutes per side
- 5Serve immediately
