- 1/4 cups Canned pineapple
- 2 units Limón sutil
- 125 grams Ice
- 100 milliliters Pisco
- 6 grams Fresh rosemary

- 1Coating the Wasil® pineapple by reserving the juice. You will use it later.
- 2To prepare the cocktails, we recommend you to make them from one to make the ingredients mix well. That is why then we give you the steps and measurements of each cocktail. If you do not have a shaker, you can replace it with a well-washed glass jam and its top (Inside) round. And to crush, if you do not have a mortar, you can do it with the back of a wooden spoon.
- 3In a shaker add 2 tablespoons of pineapple and crush with average pressure, approximately 10 seconds.
- 4Add the 1 lemon juice, 50 ml of pisco and 2 tablespoons of the pineapple syrup (20 ml).
- 5Shake with 7 ice cubes in the shaker.
- 6Serve in Copette or Martini cups passing through a fine strainer (by the small pieces of pineapple).
- 7Decorate with a twig of Romero. Repeat the steps for each diner.
