  • 190 grams Chickpeas (canned)
  • 75 grams Diced onion list
  • 2 teeth Garlic
  • 60 grams Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Flour (no powder)
  • 1/4 tsp Sal
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 500 milliliters Oil

    Drain the Wasil® chickpeas and wash them using a colander.

    In a processor mix everything, starting with the cilantro (without stems), then chickpeas, onion, garlic, flour and seasonings.

    When processed, a pasty mixture will be obtained. Take a bowl and cover with plastic film. Let rest the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
