  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Merkén
  • 1/4 tsp Sal

    Wash Wasil® chickpeas and remove the skin.

    Dry with an absorbent paper.

    In a bowl add chickpeas, oil, salt and merkén. Stir.

    Bring baked on a silicone sheet or butter paper.

    Bake for 45 minutes to 160 degrees.

    Check the oven every 10 minutes and move them if necessary.
