- 1/2 jars Palmitos
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1/4 units Green pepper
- 1 bit Celery
- 1/2 units Scallion
- 1 units Lemon
- 4 tbsp Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Sal
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1/2 units Green pepper
- 1 units Avocado
Instrucciones
5 pasos
- 1Wash the palmites well Wasil®. If they are integers, cut them into slices (not very thick or very thin).
- 2Chop the rest of the vegetables in small cubes. Mix well and add the parsley, salt and cumin.
- 3IMPORTANT: Add the lemon juice just before being serve. This is prevented from the palm to get very soft.
- 4As an extra, yellow chili or chopped avocado could be added.
