  • 1/2 jars Palmitos
  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 1/4 units Green pepper
  • 1 bit Celery
  • 1/2 units Scallion
  • 1 units Lemon
  • 4 tbsp Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Sal
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1/2 units Green pepper
  • 1 units Avocado

    Wash the palmites well Wasil®. If they are integers, cut them into slices (not very thick or very thin).
  2. 2
    Chop the rest of the vegetables in small cubes. Mix well and add the parsley, salt and cumin.
  3. 3
    IMPORTANT: Add the lemon juice just before being serve. This is prevented from the palm to get very soft.

    As an extra, yellow chili or chopped avocado could be added.
