  • 1/2 cups Harina de avena

  • 40 grams Laminate gouda

    Put 0.5 liters of warm water (for every 4 guests) and the Quaker® oatmeal in the blender. Liquefy and put the mixture in a bowl.

    Add Quaker® oatmeal and salt until a thick mass is formed.

    Knead at a shank table until it is soft and without lumps.

    Separate in small balls and crush with a roller for cooking, leaving each tortilla ideally a diameter of approximately 15 centimeters.

    Put an anti-stick pan over medium heat with toaster and cook the tortillas 3 minutes approximately per side and side.
