- 100 grams Blue cheese
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1Clean the mushrooms with absorbent paper.
- 2Cut the stems and hollow the mushrooms. Book the stems.
- 3Shrimp the blue cheese and fill the mushrooms. Arrange them at a furnace source.
- 4In another oven source, put the stems of the mushrooms, salt and spray with olive oil.
- 5Take all baked until the cheese is slightly melted and the mushrooms roasted.
