- 16 units Fresh asparagus
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 teeth Garlic
- 1 units Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 cups Flaked almonds

- 1Cut the hard tips of the asparagus.
- 2Put asparagus on a slightly greased tray with olive oil.
- 3Spray them with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 4In a skillet toast the laminated almonds.
- 5Bake the asparagus at 175ºC about 10 minutes or until they are a bit soft (to your liking). Put asparagus in a fountain and spray with toasted almonds and lemon to taste.
