  • 16 units Fresh asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1.5 teeth Garlic
  • 1 units Lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Flaked almonds

    Cut the hard tips of the asparagus.

    Put asparagus on a slightly greased tray with olive oil.
  3. 3
    Spray them with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    In a skillet toast the laminated almonds.
  5. 5
    Bake the asparagus at 175ºC about 10 minutes or until they are a bit soft (to your liking). Put asparagus in a fountain and spray with toasted almonds and lemon to taste.
