- 1 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Peel the potatoes and grate them with a thick grater on a plate. Then do the same with the onion and mix everything. Add a bit of chopped parsley and salt the whole.
- 2Mix the dough well, make small balls and crush them as if you were going to make a hamburger or some pancakes.
- 3In a hot pan, let the ROSTI set up about 3 minutes over medium heat on one side and turn around to get on the other side.
