  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 units Lemon
  • 1 teeth Garlic
  • 1/4 cups White wine tetra
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 100 grams Canned mussels
  • 100 grams Prawns
  • 200 grams Assortment of seafood
  • 1.5 tbsp Flour (no powder)
  • 1 cups Low-fat milk

    Prepare your ingredients: Chop the onion in cubes; chop the fine garlic; Clean the prawns.
