- 1Cut salmon into squares and marinate it in a fountain with brunette sugar, lemon juice, salt and olive oil
- 2In another container marinate the prawns previously peeled and cooked in salt, olive oil and lemon juice.Reserve
- 3Assemble the skewers with a piece of salmon, then a shrimp, then a cube of zucchini and finish with a cherry tomato.Repeat the process until completing the whole skewer
- 4On an electric grill or pan arrange 1 CDA.Suffer coconut oil and cook skewers until golden brown on both sides
- 5For the pesto, gather all the ingredients (basil, grated cheese and olive oil) in a processor and grind until a homogeneous mixture of the desired consistency
- 6For assembly, bathe skewers with pesto and serve immediately
