    Cut salmon into squares and marinate it in a fountain with brunette sugar, lemon juice, salt and olive oil

    In another container marinate the prawns previously peeled and cooked in salt, olive oil and lemon juice.Reserve

    Assemble the skewers with a piece of salmon, then a shrimp, then a cube of zucchini and finish with a cherry tomato.Repeat the process until completing the whole skewer
