- 88 grams Pasta (noodles)
- 100 grams Vacuno (knuckle)
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/2 units Tomato
- 1/4 tbsp Yellow pepper (pasta)
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 13 grams Pearl onions
- 1/4 tbsp Wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tbsp Ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1Prepare your ingredients: cut the meat in canes; Cut the onion into medium pieces; Chop the tomato without seeds.
- 2Cook the noodles and drain them. Reserve.
- 3In a bowl put the meat with soy, stir well and let stand for 30 minutes.
- 4Place half the oil in a pan, over high heat and fry the onion for two minutes to give it that smoked flavor, reserve. Repeat the same with the tomato. And finish in the same pan, with the rest of the very hot oil, add the cut meat, previously seasoned with salt and pepper, until it is golden everywhere - without the juice of the soy sauce.
- 5In a large pot or skillet add the onion and tomato more yellow chili, stir very well. Add vinegar, soybean, onion and ginger. Mix everything and bring to boil. Rectify the seasoning, add the cooked noodles and serve.
