- 100 grams Nutella
- 2 units Egg
- 200 grams Cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 4 tsp Instant coffee
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
- 1.5 tbsp Bitter chocolate powder

- 1Separate the yolks from the whites.
- 2Beat the yolks with half the sugar until it is white or soft yellow.
- 3Add beating cream cheese, waiting for about 5 minutes mixing and then adding hazelnut cream.
- 4In another bowl to put the whites and beat merengue, add the rest of the sugar. Then join the mixture of the yolks and hazellans the meringue in an envelopment.
- 5In a bowl Add coffee, Amaretto and 2 cups of boiling water (for every 2 tablespoons of Amaretto), mix.
