  • 1/4 cups Queso parm gratedo
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 units Fish (Pippin)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 units Lemon
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 50 grams Butter

    Prepare your ingredients: Chop the fine onion; Squeeze lemon juice.

    To prepare quineo: wash the quinoa well in a colander until it stops foam, put in a pot 1 cup of quinoa by 1 1/2 cup of boiling water, wait for it to boil and leave at low heat with toaster 15 mins.
