- 2 units Eggplants
- 25 grams Goat cheese
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 2 units Foil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 0.38 cups Pan gratedo
- 1 units Egg
- 5 grams Dried basil
- 1/2 units Avocado
- 1/2 units Natural yogurt
- 1/2 units Lemon

- 1Prepare the ingredients: grated goat cheese; Chop the garlic; squeeze lemon juice.
- 2Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
- 3Put eggplant in foil and bring the oven for 30 minutes, should be soft.
- 4Let out to warm up and skin care.
- 5Mix olive oil, salt and garlic.
- 6Cut the eggplant to the side like a bag, add the oil and garlic mixture.
- 7Fill with the previously grated cheese.
- 8In a bowl add the eggs, dried basil salt and pepper, stir manually. In another bowl add the breadcrumbs.
