  • 33 grams Butter
  • 1.5 units Leeks
  • 1 bit Red wine tetra
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 50 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 units Egg

    Prepare the ingredients: Cut the leeks into slices; Separate the whites from the yolks; Whisk the egg whites.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    Cook the leeks with 1/4 of butter and salt for 5 minutes. Add the red wine, cover them until soft.

    Mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks, (with immersion blender) to wrap the egg whites and season with salt and pepper.

    In a mold previously greased with some butter put the dough, go painting with melted butter dough and repeat until finished. Bake for 10 minutes.

    Heat for 20 seconds cream cheese in the microwave, it should be soft. Mix cheese, leeks, buds and meringue surround way, season.

    Filling the dough with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes or until browned. Rest 10 minutes.
