- 1.5 units Mass pascualina
- 33 grams Butter
- 1.5 units Leeks
- 1 bit Red wine tetra
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 50 grams Cream cheese
- 1 units Egg

- 1Prepare the ingredients: Cut the leeks into slices; Separate the whites from the yolks; Whisk the egg whites.
- 2Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- 3Cook the leeks with 1/4 of butter and salt for 5 minutes. Add the red wine, cover them until soft.
- 4Mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks, (with immersion blender) to wrap the egg whites and season with salt and pepper.
- 5In a mold previously greased with some butter put the dough, go painting with melted butter dough and repeat until finished. Bake for 10 minutes.
- 6Heat for 20 seconds cream cheese in the microwave, it should be soft. Mix cheese, leeks, buds and meringue surround way, season.
- 7Filling the dough with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes or until browned. Rest 10 minutes.
