- 3/4 cups Rice
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Onion
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 1 units Egg
- 1 cups Lettuce
- 1 cups Spinach
- 1/2 cups Arugula
- 1 units Lemon
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cups Queso parm gratedo
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Flour (no powder)

- 1Prepare ingredients: fine chop the onion; Wash and chop the cilantro.
- 2To prepare rice: in a pot, add a third of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes. Let cool.
