  • 3/4 units Lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Yellow pepper (pasta)
  • 85 grams Canned tuna
  • 1/8 units Onion
  • 3/4 units Avocado
  • 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 3 units Black olives
  • 1 units Egg
  • 1 bit Red pepper

    Cook potatoes in salt water.Peel them and press them so that a puree is formed.Knead and flavor with salt, pepper, lemon, chili and oil

    Mix tuna with half of mayonnaise and chopped onion

    In a mold (7 cm approx high) put a layer of puree with half of the preparation.Add tuna, sliced tomato, avocado chops, half of mayonnaise and cover with the rest of the puree
