- 2If you use 4mm lentils it is not necessary to soak them.
- 3Prepare your ingredients: Chop the onion in squares; Chop the carrot in cubes; Cut the pumpkin into cubes of 2x2 cm approx.
- 4Wash the lentils.
- 5In a pot Add the chopped onion, which boats a little water - I do not fall so heavy, then you add the oil and kitchens for 5 more minutes. Add the paprika and thyme mix well with the onion and add the lentils, carrot, orange pumpkin and cover with 1 l of water for every 2 cups of lentils.
