    Wash the Basmati rice about 2 minutes, then leave it in water one hour.

    Use the skin and heads of the prawns to do a broth. You must leave 3 cups of broth for every 1.5 cups of rice.

    Chopping small onion, garlic, ginger and salting the broth well. Sources a couple of minutes in a deep pot with a jet of olive oil.
