8 steps
- 1Wash the Basmati rice about 2 minutes, then leave it in water one hour.
- 2Use the skin and heads of the prawns to do a broth. You must leave 3 cups of broth for every 1.5 cups of rice.
- 3Chopping small onion, garlic, ginger and salting the broth well. Sources a couple of minutes in a deep pot with a jet of olive oil.
- 4It incorporates rice and stir well. Add half of coconut milk, stir a little more and add the broth of the prawns. It lets boil over medium heat and check the salt.
- 5This cooking is going to last as 8 minutes, you must be aware that the broth never dry completely, remember that you are doing a brick rice.
- 6After 15 minutes, add the fresh prawns - if they are with cascases you remove it, it lets cook for about 5 minutes, check the salt again and put a little bit of coconut milk. I leave it to your choice, you can use all that you have left, or just a part.
- 7Turn off the fire and remove the pot. Add the chopped cilantro, revuelve and serve.
- 8Polinenlacocin. Adapted.
