- 1 units Bacon
- 40 grams Dried plums
- 1/8 units Onion
- 1/4 cups White wine tetra
- 500 milliliters Broth (vegetable)
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 50 grams Cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1Prepare your ingredients: Chop the fine onion; Chop the bacon; Prepare the broth according to the instructions of the container.
- 2Put the broth to warm up. In a large pan put a jet of olive oil, sauté the bacon, and the thin sliced onion. Then incorporate the "mote" previously cooked wheat and sauté for a few minutes, then add the wine, let it evaporate for 5 minutes.
- 3To add the broth until the "mote" wheat is tender, then add the butter and Philadelphia cheese along with the plums, serve immediately.
