- 200 grams Chicken (breast fillets)
- 3/4 cups Rice
- 10 milliliters Oil
- 3/4 cups Cauliflower
- 3/4 cups Broccoli
- 1 units Carrot
- 1/2 units Zucchini
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 cups Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger

- 1If you did the Batch Cooking: Bring your ingredients: rice, onions, chicken and vegetables.
- 2In a large pan, sauteed onion with olive oil and garlic, then add vegetables slowly (the hardest to the softest) and sauteed for 5 minutes.
- 3Add chicken, saleteamos for 2 minutes and add the rice Mix well (about 5 minutes), add soy and serve
- 4If you did not do the Batch Cooking, follow these steps:
- 5Prepare the ingredients: wash flowers cauliflower, cut into julienne carrots; Cut zucchini, onion and carrot julienne, chop the mushrooms into quarters.
- 6To prepare rice: in a pot, a little oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 7To cook broccoli in a pot to boil water. When ready to put the broccoli for 5 mins at boiling, strain and put under running cold water to prevent further cooking. Let cool.
- 8In a large pan, sauteed onion with olive oil and garlic and then add the rice, once fried (approx 5-8 min) reserve.
- 9In a wok fry the chicken with a touch of sesame oil, garlic and ginger, once sealed, carrot and add remaining ingredients
- 10Mix well, add soy and serve
