- 175 grams Pasta (farfalle)
- 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
- 150 grams Beef (ground)
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/2 tbsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 bit Queso parm gratedo

- 1Prepare the ingredients: Cut carrot and onion into cubes.
- 2Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and fry for a few minutes, then add the zanahora and sear for 5 minutes. If you like garlic can add a clove finely chopped. Then add ground beef and cook 5-7 mins, or until the meat changes color.
- 3Add tomato sauce, oregano, pepper and cook for 1 min. (If you want a little more liquid, you can add a little water)
- 4Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt, oil, and farfalle and cook for approx 15 mins. (Or depending on the instructions of pasta).
- 5When the pasta is cooked, drain and pour into a large bowl. Add the sauce and half of the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve hot and add up the remaining Parmesan cheese.
