  • 175 grams Pasta (farfalle)
  • 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
  • 150 grams Beef (ground)
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 bit Queso parm gratedo

    Prepare the ingredients: Cut carrot and onion into cubes.

    Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and fry for a few minutes, then add the zanahora and sear for 5 minutes. If you like garlic can add a clove finely chopped. Then add ground beef and cook 5-7 mins, or until the meat changes color.

    Add tomato sauce, oregano, pepper and cook for 1 min. (If you want a little more liquid, you can add a little water)

    Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt, oil, and farfalle and cook for approx 15 mins. (Or depending on the instructions of pasta).

    When the pasta is cooked, drain and pour into a large bowl. Add the sauce and half of the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve hot and add up the remaining Parmesan cheese.
