  • 175 grams Pasta (penne)
  • 1/8 units Onion
  • 200 grams Beef (ground)
  • 1/4 cups Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Red wine tetra
  • 1/2 units Tomato
  • 50 grams Basil
  • 1/4 cups Milk cream
  • 20 grams Queso parm gratedo

    Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion into cubes and cook 3 minutes, add the ground meat and cook 5-7 mins, or until the meat changes its color

    Add the chopped garlic, oregano and pepper and cook for 1 min plus

    Pour half the wine into the pan and stir. Add the chopped tomatoes in cubes, tomato sauce and salt, stirring until mix

    Bringing to a boil, lowering the fire and simmer for 10 mins

    Meanwhile, put a large pot with water to boil, add salt, a splash of oil, and pasta and cook by 15 mins approx. (or depending on the instructions of the pasta)

    While the pasta is cooked, finish the sauce. Add the minced basil, the cream and the remaining wine and simmer for 8 to 10 mins, stirring from time to time until it thick

    When the pasta is cooked, drain and pour into a large bowl. Add the sauce and half the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve hot and add over the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
