- 250 grams Beef (ground)
- 3/4 cups Rice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100 grams Mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 100 grams Milk cream
- 40 grams Queso parm gratedo
Instrucciones

- 1To prepare rice: in a pot, add half of the sunflower oil and pour the rice. Saute until almost translucent. Then add 1.5 cup boiling water for each cup of rice, add salt to taste, stir gently, cover and place over low heat for 20 minutes with toaster. At the end time, turn off heat and wait about 5 minutes.
- 2Clean the mushrooms and laminate them.
- 3In a frying pan, add the remaining oil and saute the meat. Add salt and pepper. When taking coffee color, add the sliced mushrooms and continue cooking until mushrooms are ready (more cafes and smaller in size).
- 4A final, add cream and heated about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 5Serve accompanied by rice ground beef and mushrooms. Add grated cheese to taste.
