Instrucciones

- 1Wash vegetables and potatoes, clean the mushrooms.
- 2From peppers in 2 along, fill them with 1 egg per half.
- 3Fill the mushrooms with ricotta and garnish with chives.
- 4From chillies in 2 along, fill them with cubes of fresh cheese.
- 5Peel the onion and slice.
- 6Cut the zucchini into slices.
- 7Roast the vegetables until they are ready.
- 8Serve and enjoy.
