- 75 grams Fresh cheese
- 1 tsp Scallion
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Salt

- 1Prepare ingredients: cook corn; cut the cheese into cubes, wash and chop the scallions finite
- 2To cook corn, boil water in a pot, enough to cover it. Once boiled water, add the corn and wait for this return to a boil. Simmer 4 to 6 mins. Remove and cool.
- 3Have corn, cheese and chives in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, mix gently and serve.
