  • 1 tsp Scallion
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt

    Prepare ingredients: cook corn; cut the cheese into cubes, wash and chop the scallions finite

    To cook corn, boil water in a pot, enough to cover it. Once boiled water, add the corn and wait for this return to a boil. Simmer 4 to 6 mins. Remove and cool.

    Have corn, cheese and chives in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, mix gently and serve.
