- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
- 100 grams Buttery cheese
- 1 cups Arugula
- 1/2 units Eggplants
- 1/2 cups Mushrooms
Instrucciones
8 pasos
- 1Grind oatmeal into meal.
- 2The filling will be: tomato sauce, cheese, grilled vegetables and arugula to finish.
- 3Laminar mushrooms. Cut the eggplant into slices 4 mm.
- 4Heating a stream of olive oil in a frying pan and sear eggplants on both sides, add salt, pepper and oregano.
- 5Skip mushrooms in a splash of olive oil.
- 6In a boul add the rolled oats, jet olive oil, salt and pepper and water until a dough stretching and leave as circle of the size of your larger or as individual mini pizzetas as prefer pan. Cook 4 minutes on each side over low heat, remove and refill, take the oven at 180 degrees until cheese is melted, finished with arugula, olive oil and voila!
- 7If you want to make it larger, they can be made directly on the baking sheet with parchment paper, 8 min baking, hence fill and follow the recipe as is.
